A Customer Service representative will issue a return authorization
to you via email.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
You must notify Customer Service within five days of delivery
and we will arrange pick up at no cost to you.

to obtain a return authorization. Upon receipt of a return email
from Customer Service, return the product via your choice of shipping
means. The product should be received by our distribution center
within 30 days from the original date of the order. Returned items
in first class, undamaged, saleable condition in the original
packaging. No information on the product packaging, merchandise
must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Credit
for the returned merchandise will be issued within 5 days of receipt
